SKS Applikations Service (SKS) offers software solutions that automate and optimise workflows in the municipal labour market in Denmark. Currently focusing on unemployment departments, the system digitises and streamlines processes and documentation for refunds and payments. With an intuitive user interface that enables fast and efficient implementation, SKS meets all legal requirements and saves its clients vital time and financial resources.

With an existing annual growth rate of between 15% and 20%, SKS successfully revolutionised the way municipalities manage refunds and economic transactions with companies.

Looking to the future, SKS is aiming to expand within Denmark over the next two to three years, exploring new innovative technology to meet additional demands within municipalities and the public sector as a whole. Departments within municipalities such as family care and financial services would see huge benefits from an adapted version of the system, allowing them to replicate the success found in unemployment departments when it comes to processing data, simplifying workflows and creating coherent processes.

Denmark’s approach to unemployment is unique and admired worldwide, with employers empowered to adjust to the needs of their marketplace without excessive costs for dismissing employees.
